Arch Bishop R.C. Shet was born in Jangukheda village in Unnao in Uttar Pradesh, North India. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Saviour in the year 1999 on 25th March. Later, he started his ministry in Uttar Pradesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and other South Asian Countries. He established Bethesda Fellowship Trust (Registered under Trust Act in the year 2006) which is also called as Daya Ka Ghar where the Church is conducted in the area of Buddheshwar, Lucknow.

During these years, many orphanage children were adopted and were provided with free food and education. Besides, that a medical dispensary was also conducted for extending medical services for the poor patients.
